Weber BBQ training Day with Blue Diamond

On the 15^th March 2023 colleagues from Blue Diamond Garden Leisure Teams were invited to an exclusive training day with Weber BBQ experts. The day was full of informative information and consisted of 4 workshops which happened throughout the day, Big Grills, Small Grills, Fuel and Lighting and Lumin and Accessories. 

Each course provided in-depth detail on how each grill worked and how to properly light BBQs using the correct fuel to maximise cook times. The teams learned what accessories worked best for each grill and how best to advise customers so help them make the right decisions.

Within each course there were certain activities and tests, the teams learned how to make pizzas on various grills, BBQ Pork skewers and even steam Gyoza’s and broccoli on an electric BBQ.  

At the end of the training day, each of the Team members received a certificate to certify that they had become Weber BBQ specialists.

The day was very informative and will help our Teams to assist our customers even greater.
