What will happen with my Wyevale Garden Centres Garden Club card?

Blue Diamond operates its own loyalty scheme called “The Diamond Club”. We are unable to accept Wyevale Garden Centres Garden Club Cards.
The Diamond Club is a reward scheme which allows our members to take advantage of monthly promotions and offers throughout the centre as well as selected free hot drinks weeks, money saving vouchers as well as having full access to our Diamond Doctor and be able to take advantage of a whole range of other benefits as a Diamond Club member.
What will happen to my Wyevale Garden Centres Garden Club points?
Please note that from May 31st 2019 we will no longer accept Wyevale Garden Centres ‘Garden Club’ vouchers. Your points from Wyevale Garden Centres will not be transferred to Blue Diamond.
Will I collect points with Blue Diamond?
From Tuesday 23rd April 2019, we will no longer accept Wyevale Garden Club accounts to transfer to the Diamond Club scheme.
You will be able to sign up to our standard non points-based Diamond Club scheme.
Customers who have transferred over in the transfer window since we acquired the Wyevale sites will collect Diamond Club points at the same rate as the Wyevale Garden Club card. You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend.
Each point earnt is worth 1p, therefore if you earn 250 points, that will equal £2.50 to spend. You can redeem these against any purchase at any time.
How do I redeem my points balance if I have a points-based card?
You are able to redeem your Diamond Club points whenever you wish by using your Diamond Club card. Simply ask us to apply your Diamond Club points to your purchase when you reach the tills.
How do I check my Diamond Club points balance?
There are a number of ways in which you can check how many Diamond Club points you have on your card.
- Check online by logging into The Diamond Club webpage.
- Your till receipts will detail your loyalty points balance to include the total points awarded in that particular transaction, your new points balance and the monetary value of your points balance.
- Visit our Customer Service desk where they will be able to show you your balance on screen.
Will you send me special offers?
Yes. The Diamond Club is primarily a savings scheme whereby we send you an email each month with a list of money-off savings across the centre. On presentation of your Diamond Club Card at the tills, you will receive a discount on those items.
Will I receive double Blue Diamond points every Tuesday if I am over 60?
If you have signed up in the transfer window and have a points-based account, you will receive double points every Tuesday if you are over 60 and have registered your date of birth with us.
How do I join the Diamond Club?
Visit us in-store. Please visit our customer service areas or any member of our till teams and they will sign you up in-store and issue your new card to you on presentation of your Garden Club card.
Alternatively, visit our Diamond Club webpage to sign up online. You will then need to visit your local branch with your Garden Club card to collect your new Diamond Club card. We do not send your loyalty card out in the post for security reasons.
Do you accept Wyevale Garden Centres Gift Cards?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Wyevale Garden Centres gift cards or gift vouchers at Blue Diamond Garden Centres. Blue Diamond has its own gift vouchers which are available in-store, as well as being part of the National Garden Centre Gift Card scheme.
