It's a Double Gold for Blue Diamond at RHS Tatton!

We are delighted to announce that Blue Diamond Garden Centres were awarded not one, but two Gold Medals at RHS Flower Show Tatton Park!! This is the first time Blue Diamond has won a Gold at the show and comes off the back of us winning our first Gold Medal at RHS Hampton Court Flower Show, earlier in July.

Fryer's Roses - Gold Medal winner!

Blue Diamond is showcasing our own brand; Fryer's Roses in the Floral Marquee. The exhibit was designed to demonstrate the various ways in which roses can be used in a courtyard-style garden. It flaunts our beautiful Fryer's Roses, mixed with companion planting, Mediterranean plants, and roses suitable for containers. ‘Nostalgia’, a two-toned rose and ‘Believe in Yourself’, a vivid mauve bloom and dark purple centre takes centre stage. All roses were supplied by Blue Diamond owned Bridgemere nursery, potted in peat-free compost and in recyclable pots.

Visitors to the show could buy a selection of the Fryer's award winning roses.

Blue Diamond in collaboration with the National Trust - Gold Medal winner!

This display is in collaboration with the National Trust and consists of props, expertly blended with some of the wonderful plants that featured in our RHS Chelsea Main Avenue Show Garden, as well as additional plants more suited to July planting.

Visitors to the show could buy plants from Blue Diamond's Chelsea Plant Collection, along with National Trust seeds.

RHS Partner Garden display

Blue Diamond Garden Centres is also showcasing its RHS Partner Garden, Bridgemere Show Gardens at the show. Head Gardener, Bernard Portner and Gardener, Dave Taylor created a small representation of the Victorian Garden from Bridgemere - a previous RHS medal winning garden.
