We are pleased to announce the introduction of matcha tea at all Blue Diamond restaurants and cafés.
Matcha tea is a finely-ground green tea - considered Japan's finest and rarest tea variety, obtained from Tencha tea leaves grown in shade. Incredibly popular in today's world for its numerous health benefits and praised as a "superfood", matcha tea finds its origins over 800 years ago when Buddhist monks would enjoy it as a meditation drink!
Our matcha teas are made using premium organic green and black tea - you won't find any imitations or syrups which are emerging in many other cafes. Both of our matcha drinks will also be available with milk alternatives such as soya, oat or almond milk at no extra cost.
