New Centre Opening Competition T&C

Eligibility:

1. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Blue Diamond Garden Centres and their immediate families.

How to Enter:

1. To enter the competition, participants must:

• i. Like both the Facebook Page and Instagram Page, for Harlestone Heath, Huntingdon or World’s End who are all part of Blue Diamond Garden centres. Participants can tag a friend or family member in the comments section of the competition post, for an additional entry.

2. Each eligible entry will count as one entry, with an extra entry being earned for every friend or family member tagged.

Competition Period:

1. The competition will run until 31st March 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on this date. Any entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

Prize:

1. The prize is a Radley Mini Garden Furniture set retailing at RRP £2,299, which will be delivered in April 2025.
2. There is one prize to be won, and the winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries across the three centres platforms (Facebook, Instagram, on the competition post).

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on Harlestone Heath’s, Huntingdon and World End’s Facebook and Instagram Pages. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where they entered.
2. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

No Cash Alternative:

1. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Delivery:

1. The prize will be delivered in April 2025 to the winner’s provided address, which must be within the UK. Delivery details will be arranged directly with the winner.

Fraudulent Entries:

1. Any fraudulent or inappropriate entries will be disqualified at Blue Diamond Garden Centres discretion. This includes using fake or multiple accounts to increase entries.

Privacy:

1. By entering, participants agree that their name and social media handle may be used for promotional purposes related to the competition if they are chosen as a winner.
2. Blue Diamond Garden Centres will not ask for or store any personal information beyond what is necessary for delivering the prize.

No Bank Details or Direct Links:

1. Blue Diamond Garden Centres will never ask for bank details, payment information, or send links asking for personal data. Beware of fraudulent scams. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be Blue Diamond Garden Centres but asking for sensitive information, please report it immediately.

General Terms:

1. Blue Diamond Garden Centres reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
