Chenies Garden Nursery & Cafe

A trip to our Chenies Garden Centre in Buckinghamshire is well worth while. We invite you along for an inspirational shopping experience for the whole family. Take time to stroll through our many departments that will cater for all your gardening and home needs.

We stock gardening supplies of all variety, from seeds and plants to that new favourite BBQ and outdoor dining set you’ll love this summer. Looking for something for the home? We’ve got that too.

At Van Hage we like to think of ourselves as more than just a Garden Centre. Not only do we offer our customers a treasure-trove of exciting products for gardens and home but expert advice is also always at hand. To top it all off our Garden Centres host a number of exciting events year round.

In November 2022, Blue Diamond acquired this garden centre and 2 others known as Van Hage.

The three sites are the flagship store at Great Amwell Ware, Chenies between Amersham and Rickmansworth and the Van Hage centre on the PE1 retail park at Peterborough.

Our Managing Director, Alan Roper said “For me personally, this is a landmark acquisition. Van Hage’s was one of 3 garden centres in the early nineties I would visit as a younger man for inspiration and would feel in awe of what they had achieved and never imagined that one day, we would be the proud owner of such a business."
