Spring Flowering Bulbs now in stock
24th August 2020Spring flowering bulbs have arrived and we have the best range to choose from. Bringing a vibrant riot of colour to your Spring Garden.
Our Daffodils are British grown by farmers in Lincolnshire and supply bulbs by royal warrant!
We have a vast array of tulips, crocus, allium, hyacinth and more. Including XXL super-sized bulbs.
5 minutes of effort, for 5 months of colour making growing flower bulbs low maintenance, and a great activity for the kids to enjoy.
Look out for early flowering bulbs, providing a valuable source of food for bees and butterflies. These include; snowdrops, anemone and crocus.
A winning combination this year is chameleon tulips (Tulips that change colour three times throughout the season!)
We’re excited about Narcissus Spring Dawn, if planted now this will flower in time for Christmas. The earliest of all narcissi.
Also look out for the prepared Hyacinths for Christmas flowering as these need to be planted before mid September for the best results. After planting these prepared (heat treated) Hyacinths, water them well, then keep in a dark, but also cool, location for at least 12 weeks before bringing them into the warmth and light when the growths are about 1.5 inches tall. They will then grow on and flower for a great show and scent at Christmas time!
